I recently stayed at the lovely Cheathatha Cta Hotel in Siem Reap for a few days. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities such as a bathtub with good hot water and pressure, a fridge, and a comfortable bed. I loved the unique feature of a large window between the bedroom and bathroom, allowing for an open and airy feel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a rotating menu and options to order eggs or soup. The hotel's location was ideal, near the Angkor Night Market and within walking distance of Pub Street and various restaurants. The hotel also offered transportation services, including tuk tuks, at competitive rates. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. After reading the previous reviews i decided to book one night but i decided to extend 2 more nights. Every thing is much better than what i saw in reviews. Great breakfast, specious room with everything we wanted, perfect laundry service, free internet in business center, friendly staffs (everyone can speak English), good location (just about 1 mn walk to night market and pub street), really good value for the money we paid. The manager is very friendly too. I would recommend to all of my friends. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, i am sure you will enjoy your staying here.

From the welcoming to saying goodbye we had a fantastic stay. Such polite, friendly staff that couldn't do enough to make our stay special. Lovely clean room with everything we wanted- good bathroom with bathtub and shower, balcony overlooking the living city of Siem Reap. Great breakfast, Great service with smiling and great location- closed to night market and pub street, but there is no noise at all in our room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent and good value. We will always stay at Cheathata hotel when we come back to Siem Reap again.

What a fantastic value for money! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel was superb, close to restaurants, shopping marts, and the night market. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Great hotel! with delicious breakfast, although it is not buffet...the chicken soup noodle is perfect! The staff are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is also good, it is about 40 meters to night market, 200 meters to central market and 140 meters to old market.
The road towards to main road is a little bit dirty when it rains, but it is summer season in Siem Reap, everywhere is similar...

Location is convenient to Pub Street and the tourist oriented markets, but noise level is quite low.
The hotel offers free wi-fi, but the internet service provider (ISP) connection was very poor most days. In other words, the wi-fi connection was excellent, but due to ISP issues, simple tasks such as checking Yahoo e-mail were problematic. But this is the fault of the ISP, not the hotel.

This hotel is in the center of everything, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide great service, from the free pick-up service to the helpfulness of the receptionist. The rooms, although in a rather poor condition, are clean and spacious, with the added bonus of a small balcony. The air conditioning is effective and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which includes an egg station, is included and provides a satisfactory start to the day.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

I liked that it is 2 minutes walk to the center. The room was very clean and spacy. The beds were enormous. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. It is quite cheap for what it offers. Would highly recomend...
Nothing. Everything was superb!

We had a great time at the Cheathata Angkor hotel and stayed 9 nights there (more than most tourists). It was located near the center of town, but removed enough to be a little quieter. The room was everything we expected: clean, comfortable, bright and spacious. The decor was tasteful and our room was made sometimes twice a day. The roof-top pool was much smaller than expected, but definitely enough to cool off and relax around after a long day at the temples.
The only thing the hotel could improve on is the breakfast. We found the breads were ok, but not that satisfying, and the eggs/hash brown were cooked inconsistently (some days delicious, others wet and soggy).

Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to be near the Night Market and some great eateries. the staff is friendly, the toiletries are complete, and there is a rooftop pool to cool off in after a day of sightseeing.

Very good hotel. Enjoyed almost everything. Rooms are spacious, clean, we even had bathrobes and slippers. Staff is helpful and friendly (but not all of the staff speaks English well). Prices for tuk-tuk/car rent are higher than outside of the hotel, but reasonable, moreover, if you hire all rides from the hotel they can make a discount. E.g. tuk-tuk for a day is $15 instead of $10-$12, a car to Kbal Spean is $37 instead of $50 (yes, that was cheaper at the hotel than in the street), a car to Koh Ker is $110 instead of $80-$85. A taxi to Phnom Penh is $65. Location is good, 3-5 minutes walking distance from the pub street. Very quiet place in the centre of Siem Reap, highly recommend.
The pool is rather small but at high season we met people there only once during 5 night stay. Once we found a cockroach in the room, but I'm not sure that it was hotel staff's fault, maybe tat were we who let it in while smoking at the balcony. For breakfast you have only two options - asian or american breakfast, there is no buffet breakfast. It's surprising but american breakfast is better (we have chosen asian breakfast only once during 5 nights stay).

Great location near the old market / night market. Rather new building so everything looks good. Free internet. Free city maps provided.
Pool on rooftop is only an oversized bathtub.
